During that period the temperature ranges from a pleasant 22 degrees peaking in to the early thirties in July and August with hardly any rain.

Our view on holidays in the Sardinia
Sardinia has always been a very popular tourist destination and these days, even more accessible with low cost airfares and value for money holiday rentals accommodation.
It is an island of stark contrast from the millionaires playground on the famous Costa Smeralda with breathtaking scenery and luxurious hotels, clubs and designer boutiques, to the unspoilt south coast.
In some parts on Sardinia's southern coast, you would be forgiven if you thought you were on a deserted exotic island - a surreal experince with deserted beaches and warm, deep azure crystal clear sea.
In a nutshell,Sardinia is a top family holiday destination, full of gastronomic tradition, rich in culture, history and incredibly friendly.
