3-room house. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and TV. Exit to the veranda. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (2 induction hot plates, microwave). Shower/bidet/WC. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer.

On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Villasimius, in a quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. Private: small garden, public parking. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop "via roma" 3 km, railway station "Cagliari" 55 km, ferry "Cagliari" 55 km, sandy beach "Porto Luna" 200 m. Marina 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 3 km. Nearby attractions: Porto Giunco 3 km, Punta Molentis 8 km, Costa Rei 14 km. Please note: car recommended.
