3-room house on 3 levels. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with TV and air conditioning. Exit to the veranda. Kitchenette (4 gas rings, microwave). On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and fan. Exit to the terrace. Patio roofed, small garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Porto Luna 2: Cosy, comfortable house "Casetta Nel Blu". On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Villasimius, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. Private: garden (fenced) with flowers. Outdoor shower. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 2 km, bus stop "via roma la lanterna" 3 km, railway station "Cagliari" 50 km, ferry "Cagliari" 50 km, sandy beach "Is Traias" 300 m. Marina 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 3 km.
