The apartment is located on the second floor of a secure building. Thanks to the veranda, it is bright and inviting. Bus stops and an Aldi supermarket are directly opposite, while Lidl and Intermarché are only 500 meters away. The charming old town of Fréjus is just a 10‑minute walk away and the beach about 15 minutes. A private parking space is available on the property, on request, 3 to 4 bicycles for adults can be provided.
Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds (1.60 × 2.00 m). A sofa bed (1.40 × 1.90 m) in the living room offers additional sleeping space.
The bright veranda with its large sliding glass doors creates a particularly pleasant living atmosphere. All rooms are designed to offer you and your loved ones maximum comfort and relaxation. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired: from the coffee machine for a relaxed start to the day to the dishwasher, giving you more time to explore the beauty of the region. Air conditioning with heating and cooling ensures a pleasant indoor climate both on hot summer days and during cooler months.
The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd floor). Bicycles for 3 to 4 adults are available on request.
