Discover our exclusive comfort flat, awarded "4 Edelweiss" for its high standard and modern facilities. Situated in Winkl, a sunny and quiet part of the village, our flat with south-facing balcony, self-catering and an exclusive wellness corner offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Surrounded by clear mountain air, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Kaiser Mountains and find yourself in the immediate vicinity of via ferratas and ideal starting points for hikes. A perfect place to get away from the stress of everyday life and enjoy nature to the full.

Our flat, located on the first floor, covers an area of approx. 70m². The cosy eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, toaster and kettle - everything you need for self-catering. An inviting dining area and a flatscreen TV make the room perfect for cosy evenings in. The adjoining bathroom has a shower, washbasin, hairdryer and washer/dryer. The separate WC and a comfortably furnished bedroom with an extra bed and space for a cot complete the interior of our flat.

Outside, a spacious balcony facing south-west invites you to relax. Equipped with a table, chairs and a parasol, you can enjoy the sun and the tranquillity of Winkl here. The flat also offers easy access with no incline and includes amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a handy ski boot dryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

In the immediate vicinity of our house you will find attractive leisure activities. The lake is only about 1 km away, and we offer free bathing tickets for the lake promenade, the eastern shore and the outdoor pools in Kössen and Reit im Winkl. Explore the village centre with its shopping facilities and restaurants, which can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. There is also a riding stable, a tennis centre and several golf courses in the immediate vicinity, offering every guest the opportunity to pursue their individual interests.
