San Pedro de Alcantara Villas - Costa del Sol Holiday Rentals, Beach Villas & Apartments to Rent, Holiday Homes
San Pedro de Alcantara on the Costa del Sol was an ancient farming town famous for sugar cane. Today San Pedro is a refreshingly unspoilt pueblo and one of the reasons its so popular as a sunmmer holiday destination being just 10km from Marbella and next to the golden sany beaches.
Now a vibrant and cosmopolitan town, San Pedro de Alcantara retains its rich Arabic culture and history as can be seen when wandering around the narrow cobbled streets lined with boutiques, cafes and restaurants - the Central Plaza is a magnet for tourists day and night.
The evenings are very lively especially around the beach front. The promenade which runs right along the coast to Porto Banus is the hub of activity with bars and Chiringuitos open until the early hours.
