While strolling around Cannes, the pedestrianised rue Meynadier, the oldest shopping street in Cannes, has some interesting shops and then there is the Promenade de la Pantiero that goes around the marina - full of cafes, bars and restaurants to relax in. In the evenings, Cannes comes to life offering a treasure chest of excellent eateries, bars and clubs.

Most of the accommodation is within walking distance to the centre and beach front which is ideal if you dont have a car. However, during the summer, Cannes gets seriously busy, as do all the resorts on the Cote d'Azur, so booking your holiday rentals well in advance is highly recommended if you want the best location.
