Description

Fully equipped holiday home in a prime location. There is plenty of space for 5-6 people. From the garden and pool you have a marvellous view of the green area between 2 complexes and the Atlantic Ocean.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with decorative fireplace, lounge area, dining room, hallway and kitchen are tastefully furnished to create a cosy atmosphere in which you will quickly feel at home.

The approx. 100 square metre outdoor area with private pool is located directly on the edge of the complex and is well protected from prying eyes. You can access the seafront directly through a gate.

You will want for nothing when it comes to furnishing your holiday home. From the lovingly selected decoration to the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, large fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, to the luxury shower cubicle in one of the bathrooms and powerful air conditioning in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, you will leave nothing to be desired. From the garden you can reach the sea directly via a separate gate. The nearest sandy beach is approx. 10 minutes' walk away. Shopping facilities can be reached in approx. 5 minutes on foot. Fast WLAN is already included in the price.

The house is situated in a quiet, yet central location at the entrance to Costa Teguise. The distance to the sea is only approx. 80 metres. Costa Teguise is one of the most attractive tourist destinations in Lanzarote thanks to its range of first-class accommodation. The quality of its services, its beaches and its green areas are unique. This is mainly due to the feeling of freedom and tranquillity that one experiences in this place. Another of the many attractions of Costa Teguise is its wide range of sports, which includes a variety of water sports that can be practised on its magnificent beaches (diving, windsurfing, sailing, etc.), as well as a golf course, a water amusement park, tennis courts, paddle tennis and independent sports centres. Costa Teguise is the ideal place to relax, walk and have fun.
