Though located in a lovely spot amidst the countryside, Villa San Cerbone has also a convenient and quick access to nearby Lucca with its shops and restaurants. The tiny village of San Cerbone lies along the road which connects Lucca to Pisa and is popular for its old monastery located on top of a hill with wonderful views of Lucca and its surroundings. Villa San Cerbone with its extensive lands (about 1 hectare) covered by olive trees, a fabulous in-ground, illuminated pool (size 19 x 8/ depth 1,10m – 2,20m) equipped with sun-lounges, sun-umbrella, barbecue and external shower, its quiet and peaceful location will be just the perfect spot for your holidays. A 5.000 sqm sized and completely fenced garden encloses the villa which was completely restored and divided into two rental units which share the use of the pool. Each apartment has its own entrance and a private outdoor area for dining al fresco.
