Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. The holiday flat villa is located in a beautiful natural landscape in Manerba del Garda in Lombardy, in a quiet residential area and only 200 metres from the lake. A small paradise in the middle of nature.

A private garden with table, chairs and sunshade invites you to relax. Parking spaces are also available.

The flat has a separate entrance and is located on the ground floor .There is one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds (80 x 190 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe The kitchen-living room is equipped with a TV with satellite channels, a dining area and a kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery.

The lake with direct access is only a five-minute walk away. The lakeside bay is one of the most beautiful on Lake Garda with the Conigli and Isola del Garda, which can be reached by boat. Just a few kilometres away are the towns of Salò and Desenzano. There is a storage space for SUP boards by the lake. The mountains can also be reached quickly.

In January 2019 the flat was renovated and improved, making it even cleaner, more practical and elegant.

The owner lives in the adjacent complex.
