This two-room holiday flat is located in a holiday complex on a gated property with direct access to the lake.

The terrace offers a view of the garden and a dining table is available. A clothes rack can also be used. In front of the house is the communal garden and two parking spaces are available. Free bicycles and canoes are available.

The flat is located on the second floor of a building with twelve other flats. The house has a view of the lake and is also safe for children, as there is a guard on site. You can relax on the well-equipped beach, which is easily accessible on foot. You can go wakeboarding, wakesurfing and banana boating. There is also a minigolf course 200 metres away. There are numerous bars, restaurants and pedalo rentals in the vicinity. The centre with its numerous shops is also only one kilometre away. During the summer months, concerts and festivals also take place here.
