Welcome We are located in Peschiera del Garda in a pleasant and quiet residential area just 1.5 km from the beaches and the historic centre. Very close to supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants and bars.
From the independent structure with private garden you can easily reach all the amusement parks by car or by public transport (Gardaland, Caneva, Medieval Times, Safari zoo park); starting point to visit the wonders of Lake Garda and the cities of art (Verona, Mantova) we are close to the A4 motorway exit of Peschiera and on request we will pick you up at the train station Fs.

In the garden for all guests: 1 unguarded car park, gazebo, sunshades, tables and chairs, swing, barbecue, 3/4 bicycles.

- Two-room apartment (blue) on the ground floor, about 55 sq m, consisting of bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, ceiling fan and wardrobe; living room with table and chairs, sofa bed (190x120), ceiling fan, bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet (accessible for the disabled), TV. Heating/air conditioning on request with electric meter. The following equipment and services are included in the price: Kitchenette equipped with gas cooker, sink, crockery, dishes, cutlery, microwave, fridge and freezer, tablecloth, tea towels. Tourist tax, gas, electricity, bath towel, weekly change of linen, final cleaning. Free Internet wi-fi (max.speed 128 Kbsp).
