The holiday flat is located in a small, quiet side street in the historic centre of Domaso. From here, Lake Como is only 100 metres away.
On the ground floor of the building there is a green courtyard for communal use. A free public car park is available about 50 metres away. It is also possible to rent private parking spaces about 200 m away and parking spaces in private garages about 800 m from the holiday home.
The accommodation is 75 sqm and is located on the second floor of an old building facing the street. It consists of a large kitchen-living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, kettle and refrigerator with freezer. The living area is directly adjacent to the open kitchen and is furnished with a dining table, chairs, sofa bed and TV. In total there are six beds. The two bedrooms each have a double bed (160 x 190 cm), while the sofa bed in the kitchen-living room sleeps two (each 80 x 190 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, which can also be used as a shower, and a washing machine. The flat is fully heated. Internet access via Wi-Fi is free for guests.
Within a radius of 100 metres you will find various shops and bars. From the flat, the lakeshore is only a one-minute walk away, while the nearest beach is five minutes away. The location is ideal for water sports and boat trips (boat hire) or hiking in the mountains, either alone or with a guided tour. From Domaso you can easily reach many of the beautiful resorts of Lake Como, such as Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio and Tremezzo. In the surrounding area, the Lombardy cities of Milan, Como and Bergamo are worth a visit, as are the nearby Lugano and Locarno in Switzerland, as well as the famous St. Moritz.
