This holiday apartment is in a quiet location in the old part of the town of Domaso at Lake Como.
There is a 600m2 shared garden with chairs, deckchairs, tables and a barbecue, as well as a 4 x 5m shared pool. The garden and the pool are shared only with guests from one other apartment.
The holiday apartment of around 40m² is on the ground floor and has a bathroom with a shower and bidet, a bedroom with a double bed, and a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed and a television. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove, kettle and fridge with freezer compartment. Free wireless Internet access is provided. The property the apartment lies on formerly belonged to a monastery, to which the old walls that surround the site bear witness.
The apartment is accessed via a small, slightly uphill road about 20 metres long. About 20 metres from the holiday apartment there are free public parking spaces. There is a private, paid parking space about 200 metres from the holiday apartment. Nearby, about 200 metres from the apartment, you will find shops, bars, restaurants, a doctor, a bank, a post office, a bus stop and a boat pier. You can reach the lakeside promenade within two minutes and the nearest beach in five minutes. Pozzuolo with its beautiful vineyards is about a ten-mintue walk from the apartment. From there you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake. There are various water sports possibilities, or you can hire boats, or go hiking in the mountains, either independently or accompanied by mountain guides. There are also many villages and towns to explore, such as Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio and Tremezzo by the lake, or Lombardic towns including Milan, Como and Bergamo, or towns in Switzerland such as Lugano, Locarno etc. You can also visit the nearby Veltlin valley, which is famous for its wine, and the cantons of Ticino and Graubünden (Switzerland) with world-famous resorts like St. Moritz.
A mountain bike and a ladies bicycle are available for guests. There is a washing machine in a shared basement.
