Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony, west facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm, no lift.

Residence "Pointe des Aravis", 4 storeys. On the outskirts, 800 m from the centre, in a quiet position, 9.6 km from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Shop, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Le Pont" 450 m, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 4.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.6 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 4.7 km.
