Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with 2 beds (70 cm, length 190 cm). Sleeping alcove with 1 bed (130 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Parquet floors. Balcony 4 m2, south facing position. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, the ski run and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac du Lou 800 m. Please note: entertainment in the season. Baby equipment on request (extra). The owner does not accept any groups. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
