(2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower, sep. WC. Heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
