2-room apartment 30 m2 on 1st floor, south-east facing position. Dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 1 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Terrace 12 m2, south facing position and, east facing position. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 10 E4. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
