This cozy townhouse apartment is just a stone's throw from the ski resort slopes and the start of the trails, located only one kilometer from the services of Saariselkä, ensuring everything you need is within easy reach. Built in 1990 and renovated in 2015, the apartment offers modern amenities for your holiday, with refreshed surfaces in the living room and kitchen in 2025 adding an extra touch of brightness.

The apartment features a spacious living room and a combined kitchen/living room with direct access to a full-width balcony. The bathroom includes a toilet, shower, and washing machine, and the sauna is heated with an electric stove.

The loft has two 80-cm-wide beds and a remote workstation equipped with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. The loft room, which is separated by a folding door, has a 160 cm wide double bed and a TV. There is no line of sight from the loft to the downstairs area, but you can hear sounds from there. There are steep stairs leading up to the loft.

Additionally, the living room has a 140 cm wide sofa bed, and there is an extra mattress for one child in the loft. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four adults.

Outside, there is a private lockable ski storage, which also contains firewood, snowshoes, a sled, and frisbee golf discs for guests to use. There is a ski maintenance area next to the building's waste collection point. Electric car charging is available at the parking space for an additional fee, and pets are welcome for an extra charge.

This property is ideal for families or small groups who appreciate comfort and easy access to the diverse activities of Saariselkä. With WiFi and remote work facilities, it is also an excellent choice for remote workers.
