Welcome to Kuusamo, Ruka! This charming apartment is located just 2.2 kilometers from the ski resort in the village of West Ruka. Lake Talvijärvi is right next door, only 50 meters away, and the shallow beach invites you to enjoy summer days in a shared rowing boat (boat available for communal use). This property has space for the whole family or a group of friends, accommodating a total of seven guests.

The apartment was built in 1989 and offers a flexible layout with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The loft (with steep stairs) also has three additional beds for one. The combined kitchen/living room is the perfect place to cook together and enjoy dinner, and the electric sauna is an excellent way to relax after a long day.

Here, you can enjoy active holiday days: ski trails and snowmobile routes are just around the corner, and a spa is only 22 kilometers away. The local shop and restaurants are easily accessible, so everything you need is within reach.
