Outside the resort, 3.2 km from the centre of port de la selva y llançà, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: natural state property. 150 m long bumpy, narrow motor access to the house. Stepped path (12 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3.2 km, shopping centre 3.2 km, restaurant 3.2 km, bus stop "Ayuntamiento Llançà" 3.8 km, railway station "Llançà" 4.4 km, sandy beach "Platja d'En Robert" 200 m, swimming bay 150 m.
