Modern and luxurious apartment in a very sunny and quiet location with a fantastic view of the Samnaun mountains. The apartment has two bedrooms with double bed, which are both equipped with a 32" TV and an in-room safe. The fully equipped open kitchen (oven / microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, 4-plate hob, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine) has a large dining table and a bench. The living room is equipped with a comfortable pull-out sofa and a 55" TV. All TV sets have SAT-TV and radio. Of course, free WiFi, as well as network connections are also available. From the living room and one of the bedrooms you can directly access the terrace / garden and enjoy a breathtaking view. In addition, the apartment has two bathrooms with toilet, walk-in shower and hairdryer. On request also bookable for up to 6 persons (lying surface pull-out sofa = 148 x 198 cm): Surcharges: Children 4 - 10 years: CHF 29.- per child and night Children 11 - 16 years: CHF 35.- per child and night Adult (17 years and older): CHF 39.- per adult and night Final cleaning and tourist tax are not included in the price. The final cleaning for apartment no. 2 is CHF 139.- per stay and the tourist tax CHF 4.- per night and person (from 17 years). Pets are only allowed on request and for an extra charge.
