Welcome to our charming holiday flat in Silvaplana-Surlej, in the majestic canton of Graubünden, where you will find the best of Swiss nature right on your doorstep. Our cosy 3-bedroom flat offers you the perfect retreat for up to 4 people in a quiet and sunny area. The flat has been recently renovated to make our guests' stay even more enjoyable. Benefit from the special bonus of "mountain railways included" during the summer season for unforgettable excursions into the alpine landscape.

The interior of the flat has been carefully selected to combine comfort and functionality. You enter the flat through a hallway renovated in 2022, which leads into an inviting living room with direct access to the terrace and garden. The open-plan kitchen, which adjoins the living room, is equipped with a ceramic hob, coffee machine, dishwasher and kettle and has a powerful extractor bonnet. Two bedrooms are available for restful nights, including a double room with two single beds, which can also be pushed together, and another room with two single beds. A modern shower room completes the comfortable interior.

Outside, you will find a lovingly tended garden for your exclusive use, which invites you to relax in the great outdoors. The veranda and terrace offer additional space to enjoy the calming atmosphere and fresh mountain air. The flat also has a washing machine for communal use in the building, ideal for longer stays.
