Heating. 2nd upper floor: (open staircase) living/dining room with dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony, to the patio. Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n Monticelli on the property (1 car), height 184 cm, width 240 cm. Please note: non-smokers only, non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. No lift. : Access to the apartment is via an external staircase (20 steps) or via the garage. The garage space is only suitable for smaller vehicles or bicycles (184cm H x 240cm W x 390cm L). Car keys must be deposited as the garage is shared with neighbors. Outdoor parking spaces cannot be guaranteed. Parking permits for Celerina village are available online (parkingpay) for CHF 15-30 per week.

In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path (50 steps) to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Grocery 900 m, restaurant 850 m, bar 800 m, bicycle rental 850 m, bus stop "Bahnhof Celerina" 800 m, railway station "Celerina" 800 m, indoor swimming pool 5.5 km. Surf school 10 km, riding stable 5 km, walking paths from the house 200 m, ski lift, gondola lift 650 m, slopes 300 m, ski rental, ski school, children's ski school 650 m, sled run, cross country ski track 900 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Corviglia Marguns 650 m, Diavolezza Lagalb 17 km, Corvatsch 11 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: St. Moritzsee 4 km, Stazer See 5 km. Hiking paths: Muottas Muragl 4 km, Corviglia Marguns 650 m. Please note: no lift. Not suitable for small children. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
