4 room apartment (app. 141 m2) 6th floor; apartment house with elevator, balcony; 2 parking places (in the garage); right of joint use of the ski-room and washing machine and tumbler; kitchen with baking oven, range, fridge and freezer, dish-washer; 3 bedrooms with double bed with two mattresses; 1 bath / WC, 2 shower / WC; living room with 1 sofa, dining corner; bed linen, bath linen, kitchen towels, continental quilt; TV, WLAN, blue rubbish bags; pet animals are not allowed; non smoking apartment; travel cot is available upon request
