The attic apartment accommodates up to five people. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are designed as an open space. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, table grill, and espresso capsule machine. Two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes are located in the quieter, northern part of the apartment. The sofa in the living room can be used as an additional bed. The bathroom is fitted with a toilet, washbasin, and a large shower. A shared outdoor seating area in front of the house is available. There is a separate storage room in the basement for sports equipment. An electric car charging station is available (for a fee).
