A cosy chalet, comprehensively refurbished inside in 2026, situated in a quiet and sunny spot on a south-facing slope, with stunning views as far as Martigny. The house is situated very close to a suone (small stream) which flows through the woods to the idyllically situated Lac Miriouge. A cosy, family-friendly house – children are very welcome. Garden with seating area, outdoor furniture (deckchairs, hammocks) and a small barbecue. Public car park nearby, with a stepped path leading to the house.

Ground floor: spacious living room with parquet flooring. Storage stove. Underfloor heating, TV, extendable dining table. New open-plan kitchen with granite worktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, washing machine. Bathroom with WC and shower, hairdryer. Hallway with coat rack.

First floor: two south-facing bedrooms with double beds and access to the balcony. One north-facing bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Mirror cabinet, washbasin and hairdryer. Sloping ceiling but standing height throughout.
Loft space in the roof with a skylight: 2 mattresses, no standing height.

Shops approx. 2 km away, public transport 100 m away, lake approx. 800 m away, free bus to the ski resort (10 mins’ walk).
