Description

Schwarzsee****: New, modernly furnished 3.5-room attic flat (106m2). Bright, cosy living/dining room with fireplace and open-plan kitchen. South-facing balcony with panoramic views of the Zermatt mountains, the Matterhorn and the village.
Outdoor area with outdoor jacuzzi.
Our apartment block "Aiolos" is located 10-15 minutes' walk from Zermatt railway station, in a sunny and quiet location with uninterrupted views of Zermatt and the Matterhorn.

The village centre with its countless shopping facilities and the picturesque old village centre is just a few minutes away. The Gornergratbahn cable car, the Sunneggabahn valley station and the bus stop are also within easy walking distance, both of which are served by a new lift located just above our house.

In winter you can ski from the Sunnegga-Rothorn ski area almost to the front door and in summer you can start your hikes directly from the house.
