This 3 1/2-room flat with 96 m² of living space is ideal for up to 4 people and impresses with its 21 m² south-facing balcony, which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. Situated on the 3rd floor of a new building, it combines a central location with the peace and beauty of nature.
Inside, you will find an open-plan kitchen that flows into a spacious living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including 4 hotplates, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine (filter and Nespresso), a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a fondue set and a raclette oven. The tastefully furnished living room, which offers a comfortable set of upholstered furniture and a TV, provides cosy hours. Both bedrooms are also equipped with double beds measuring 180 x 200 cm, a large wardrobe and a desk. The space is complemented by two bathrooms, each with a shower/WC or bath/WC, with tiled floors, while the kitchen, living/dining area and bedrooms have high-quality parquet flooring.
The outdoor area boasts a spacious south-facing balcony with excellent views of the surrounding mountains. You can easily reach the flat via the lift from the car park, where a reserved garage parking space is available for you (headroom 2m20cm). For winter sports enthusiasts, a ski room is available for shared use.
The flat enjoys a sunny and central location in Grindelwald, a village situated at an altitude of around 1000 metres at the foot of the Eiger. The village centre, Grindelwald train station, bus stops and shopping facilities are just a few minutes' walk away. The region is characterised by a varied alpine landscape, surrounded by the imposing mountain backdrop of the Eiger, Wetterhorn, Mönch and Jungfrau. A wide range of excursions and sports activities such as mountaineering, ice skating, golfing, climbing, mountain biking and skiing are available in the immediate vicinity.
