The chalet is fully equipped, with WiFi internet, smart TV, satellite dish, wood-burning stove, towel warmer, washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. Underfloor heating throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine (Delizio Carina), microwave, fondue set.
The chalet is suitable for 6-8 guests in 3 double bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the living room for the 7th and 8th person. It has a large double balcony and terrace, living area of about 100m2.
The upper floor consists of a living / dining room with a large sofa which can be separated with a large sliding door, a fireplace, a fully equipped modern kitchen, bathroom with bath / shower, bedroom, breathtaking views of the mountains, double balcony and terrace with patio furniture and a parasol. A kettle grill is available. Guests are responsible for their own charcoal. Please leave the barbecue on the lawn while barbecuing to avoid soiling the stone slabs. The barbecue must be left in a clean condition.

The lower floor (ground floor) consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and the mountain panorama, WC with shower, laundry, storage room, large entrance area. The lower floor can be reached via the staircase.

Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD:
Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions with a valid guest card.

A new chalet built in 2014, located in the charming area of Lenk-Simmental, surrounded by mountains. The 3-bedroom chalet with a large living room which can be turned into an additional bedroom (sleeps 2 people). A fully-equipped modern kitchen with a large dining area,  a walk-out patio and a panoramic balcony with a phenomenal view. A dishwasher, washer and dryer, internet, cable TV, garage and outside parking space are included.

Spectacular views of the valley and surrounding mountains, including Schatthore, Metsch, Wildstrubel, glaciers and mountain streams. The chalet is 1500m from the Betelberg valley station, 2000m from the centre of Lenk village with its shops and restaurants, 2100m from the train station, 150m from the Blatti bus stop of the Lenk-Iffigenalp bus (summer only), 3.5km drive to Metsch lift station. 13 min drive to Iffigenalp (one-way road, only in summer) and numerous spectacular hiking trails. 15 minutes walk to the drinking fountain of Balmenquelle, which is considered the strongest sulfur spring in the Northern Alps. Comfortable access, in winter good winter equipment is required, snow chains recommended. An outside staircase leads from the garage and outside parking up to the house entrance (not accessible for wheelchair users). There is no lift available.
