The bathroom has a shower with raindrop sprinkler head, wash basin and toilet. 20 metres away from the property is the Dorfstrasse with a wide choice of restaurants, bars, tearooms and shops. There is also a ski equipment room and parking space in front of the house. Starting from winter 2025-26, the apartment will no longer have a parking space.
