This detached chalet with 5 rooms on 2 floors (100 m2) is situated in a quiet south-facing slope with a beautiful view of the mountains. The chalet offers enough space for six people. On the ground floor (accessible by stairs on the outside of the chalet) there is a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with shower / toilet and a large recreation, ski and drying room with table tennis table and washing machine. On the 1st floor it has two bedrooms with two beds, a living room with dining table and fireplace, kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. A balcony there towards the west and south over the entire length of the chalet. It is located on a private road in the district Ausserschwand, about 300 meters from the local bus station and restaurant Schönbühl. The narrow, steep access road is passable only with snow-free conditions with a passenger car. With snow there is a reserved parking space at the Ausserschwandstrasse for you.
