Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC, sep. WC. Residence "Les Hauts de Nendaz". In the resort, in an elevated position, 10 m from the skiing area. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains.
