Holiday flat with a double room and a bedroom with 2 separate beds, bathroom, living room with lake view and dining area, kitchen,

the conservatory with bar, the terrace and the garden are accessible to all guests

A country house with a beautiful garden - there is an alpine hut with barbecue facilities, from the wellness area there is access to the garden.

Sufficient parking space is available.

The use of the cable cars in Gerlos and Königsleiten is free of charge for our guests in summer.

The Zillertalarena is the largest ski area in the Zillertal, from the start in Gerlos to Zell and via Königsleiten to the Gerlosplatte
