Our accommodation on the edge of Zell am See combines absolute peacefulness with close proximity to local activities - a perfect base for winter sports enthusiasts and summer lovers alike. In winter you can reach the ski slopes within a short time, while in summer fantastic hiking trails start right outside the door. The charming Lake Zell is just a short walk away and offers the ideal setting for relaxing hours on the water.

The peace and quiet that surrounds our apartment provides a contrast to its proximity to vibrant events - just a 20-minute walk separates you from Zell am See town centre. The bus stop to Zell am See and Kaprun is located directly in front of the apartment. The AreitXpress ski lift is 1.5 km away, and both restaurants and shops can be reached by car or on foot in a few minutes (5-20 minutes).

Experience a wonderful holiday in Zell am See in our modern 3-room apartment. Two bedrooms with double box-spring beds, a nice bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, a living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with, of course, a dishwasher, oven and Nespresso machine. The apartment is 60 m2. There is also a balcony of 21 m2 running along two sides of the apartment. This is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

But that's not all! The apartment also has fast WiFi (Magenta 5G 500Mbit), there are two Smart TVs, a workplace with monitor, keyboard and mouse and there is free parking directly in front of the house. The apartment also has a storage room with racks to hang your skis, snowboards and boots to keep your winter equipment in perfect condition.

Apartment Liesl can accommodate up to 5 people, ideal for families, friends or two couples. For families with young children, it is good to know that a camping bed, changing mat including bed linen and Tripp Trapp chair are available free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use it. There are also board and card games available as well as a few books.

In terms of location, it is perfect with a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, 4 minutes to the train stop, 10 minutes' travel time to the nearest ski lift (AreitXpress) and a stone's throw from Lake Zeller. If you want fresh rolls, eggs and a juice in the morning, you can walk to the Wolf & Schroll bakery in 3 minutes.
