Enjoy your holiday in one of the most beautiful regions of Salzburg. In our two comfortable flats with views of the Radstädter Tauern and Dachstein mountains you will find relaxation in a rural atmosphere. Our holiday home also has a large garden with barbecue facilities

On the ground floor is our lovingly furnished 110 m2 Ennstal flat with space for up to 6 people.

The village of Radstadt is located in the heart of the Skiwelt Amadé, one of the largest ski regions in Austria. Radstadt also offers a wide range of summer activities such as hiking, cycling, golfing and much more.
Our holiday home is not far from the town centres of Radstadt and Altenmarkt, which offer numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés.

In addition to a large garden with barbecue facilities, Ferienhaus Kahr offers 2 self-catering flats with their own balcony in a cosy, rural atmosphere - from which you can enjoy the enchanting view of the Radstädter Tauern and Dachstein mountains. The centre of Radstadt is approx. 1.6 km away.
Our house consists of 2 flats. On the upper floor there is 1 flat for a maximum of 6 people with 2 bedrooms including bathrooms (there is also the possibility to set up spare beds), a fully equipped kitchen, 2 balconies as well as cable TV and internet access.
On the ground floor there is 1 flat for a maximum of 6 people with 2 bedrooms, 1 living/bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 terrace as well as cable TV and internet access.
It is possible to book our flats separately or the whole holiday home. On the upper floor there is also 1 room incl. shower and living room for 2 persons, which can be accessed separately. You can use the washing machine and tumble dryer for a fee. We also offer a ski and bicycle storage room. Furthermore, we offer an e-charging station for e-cars at the car park of Ferienhaus Kahr for a reasonable charging price.
The Radstadt Altenmarkt ski lift is approx. 1 km away - in the centre of the Ski-Amadé sports world. A cross-country ski trail also leads directly past our house. You will find toboggan runs in Radstadt and Altenmarkt.
In addition to skiing and hiking, Radstadt (approx. 1.6 km away) and Altenmarkt (approx. 2 km away) offer shopping facilities, the Erlebnis-Therme Amadé in Altenmarkt (approx. 3.6 km away), a high ropes park (approx. 5 km away), an 18-hole golf course (approx. 1.5 km away), a riding stable (approx. 2.2 km away), cycle paths and much more. There is something for everyone here! We will be happy to help you if you have any questions.
You can reach our flat directly by car via the Ennstalstraße 320, via the Tauern motorway A10 (our house has free parking spaces), but it is also possible to arrive by train.

Radstadt, the "Pearl of the Salzburger Sportwelt Amade" is characterised by its wide range of perfectly groomed pistes - an Eldorado for carvers, skiers and boarders. From beginners to piste acrobats, everyone will find their terrain here. The family-friendly and wind-protected ski area is an insider tip.
In summer, Radstadt offers a wide range of activities from a golf course, tennis courts and mini golf courses, a spacious alpine swimming pool to an extensive network of cycling, hiking and riding trails. In addition, the ideal location as a starting point for hikes, mountain tours and excursions.
Numerous events round off the offer. The 18-hole golf tournament course with the 9-hole practice course is almost in the immediate vicinity of the house.

In addition to skiing and cross-country skiing (the cross-country ski trail is right next to the house), you will find ideal relaxation on snowshoe hikes, ski tours or tobogganing.
