The vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a small multi-family house. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with a small microwave, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. The living room features a spacious seating area with a sofa bed (for 2 persons), the living/dining area can accommodate up to 6 guests, perfect for families or small groups. In front of the living room is the furnished balcony. The master bedroom has a large king-size double bed (180x200 cm). The second bedroom has a folding bed with two single beds (90x190 cm), and the room can be used alternatively as a sleeping or working room. The third bedroom has been equipped as a children's room for toddlers, featuring a crib, wardrobe, table, and changing area.

Family-friendly amenities include a baby crib (crib), two high chairs, as well as various toys and games for cozy days. The 65-inch smart TV offers 280 channels in several languages; fast Wi-Fi is, of course, also part of the amenities, as well as smart lighting, which can display countless colorful lighting scenes in addition to normal lighting. In the bathroom, you will find various care products. The living room, as well as two additional rooms, have ultra-fast LAN connections.

The residential complex also includes a children's playground, which may be used freely.
