Costabravaforrent Briu is situated in the neighbourhood of Riells de Dalt, 700 metres from the beach of Riells and 2,800 metres from the beach at Cala Montgó. It is a quiet residential area. The house faces south and it is very sunny.

Family house in a quiet residential area. Adult groups under 30 years old need prior authorization to be accepted.
It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 of them with double beds and the other with 2 single beds. The living‑dining room has views and access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The dining room has capacity for 6 people. There are 2 full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, plus an outdoor shower.

The surface area of the house is 125 square metres distributed on two floors, suitable for up to six people. The parcel of land is 250 square metres. On the upper floor there is one bedroom and a bathroom. All the rooms have external aspects and afford plenty of light and sun.
The house has a terrace with a table for six people, a private swimming pool of 6x3 and a barbecue.

The house faces south and it is very sunny. 700 metres south you reach the municipality of Torroella de Montgrí where you can find different paths ideal for walking or cycling in the middle of the Mediterranean countryside.
